Meet the Founder
Shene'e Howell, MBA
Shene'e Howell is an IT Security, Risk, and Compliance strategist with active enterprise leadership experience at the highest levels of regulated industry. She currently serves as an IT Security, Risk and Compliance Manager at a leading global biopharmaceutical company, where she oversees 190+ systems spanning GxP, InfoSec, and regulatory domains — 90 GxP systems and more than 100 non-GxP applications operating under continuous compliance scrutiny. That current, hands-on experience informs every TrueHowell engagement. This isn't advisory work built on past case studies. It's the work she does every day.
The depth of her current role is unusual. She consolidated 14 recurring compliance reports into a single executive-level dashboard, bringing clarity to a function that had accumulated years of reporting complexity. She runs weekly audits across GxP, InfoSec, and regulatory domains, leads AI governance initiatives in one of the most tightly controlled environments in any industry, and manages access control and data integrity frameworks aligned to ALCOA+ standards. The judgment she applies to 190+ production systems is the same judgment she brings to every client engagement.
Her track record extends across industries and scales. She led a $6.3M cloud-based SAP HRIS transformation across U.S. and Mexico operations, supporting 8,000+ employees in a multi-country, multi-stakeholder environment. She directed end-to-end implementation, data migration, compliance alignment, and change management, cutting process redundancy by 65%. Before that, she drove an 80% improvement in reporting efficiency and a 90% reduction in risk incidents at a global e-commerce and technology leader through automation and operational blueprint redesign. Each chapter added a different layer of rigor.
TrueHowell exists because organizations at every stage deserve that caliber of expertise, not just the ones with a Fortune 500 budget. Growing companies, nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and leadership teams navigating complexity for the first time should have access to a partner who has actually done this work at scale. That's the gap TrueHowell fills.
What distinguishes Shene'e's approach is the vantage point. She doesn't audit technology, then processes, then people in sequence. She reads the full picture at once, because that's where the real problems show up and where durable change is actually built.
"I've sat inside some of the largest, most complex technology environments in the world. I know what good execution looks like at scale, and I know where it breaks down. That's what I bring to your organization."
